2. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. To do so, please provide a written statement including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information, including your address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, the location of the plaintiff) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice of infringement.
Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original claimant, and the material may be restored unless the claimant files a court action.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, TechKista.com will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
